Louise is a Research Fellow in Health Technology Assessment with the Peninsula Technology Assessment Group (PenTAG), assessing the effectiveness and cost-effectiveness of health and diagnostic technologies for national policy-making bodies, particularly the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence. She holds an MSc in Health Economics and Health Policy from the University of Birmingham.
She has been involved in the evaluation of drugs in several clinical areas including various cancers and chemotherapy-induced anaemia, and has represented PenTAG at a number of NICE Appraisal Committee meetings. Louise also has experience in medical education and project management with leading medical communications and public relations agencies.
